Once the initial consultation is complete and the project scope is defined, the contractor will proceed with detailed planning and design.
After the design phase, the contractor will prepare a detailed cost estimation for the project, including materials, labor, permits, and any additional expenses.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, the contractor and client will sign a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the project.
This involves coordinating various aspects of the project, including procurement of materials, managing construction crews, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
